Returns & Refunds policy

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days to return goods after receiving them without providing any reason.

The 14-day period begins the day you, or a third party appointed by you (not the carrier), receives the goods.

How to Return Your Goods
To return goods, you can simply send them back within 14 days of receiving the product. You do not need to inform us beforehand, but we encourage you to notify us at theverve.home@gmail.com so we can assist with the return process.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The goods must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
• Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
• Unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, and you will not incur any fees for this process.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipment.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
